    Dear Forks n' Film

    I am writing to follow up on my email sent on February 17 regarding a refund for the "Ratatouille" event scheduled for January 10. We were notified of the cancellation only a week before the event, which resulted in the loss of a birthday celebration for my wife, a $75 non-refundable hotel deposit, and a cancellation fee for our babysitter.

    It has been nearly three months since the event date, and despite being told we were on a high-priority list, we have not yet received our refund of over $400.

    Due to the inconvenience and financial loss caused by this late cancellation, I am requesting a total reimbursement of $484, which includes the original ticket price and the $75 hotel deposit. Additionally, I am requesting two free passes for a future event date of my choice.

    Please provide a response regarding the status of this payment within 48 hours. If I do not hear back by then, I will begin exploring legal action to resolve this matter.
