    I am still awaiting an update regarding my refund and the status from the finance team. As of today, Friday, May 8, 2026, I have yet to receive any clear communication or estimated timeframe for resolution.


    I am normally very patient as long as communication is consistent, but at this point it seems no one is able to provide a concrete update on what is going on.


    Please provide an update on the status of the refund and when I can realistically expect it to be processed.

    Thank you for reaching out, and please accept my sincerest apologies for the lack of a concrete update. I completely understand your frustration; consistent communication is the least we can provide, and I am sorry we haven't met that standard for you.

    Please know that I am doing everything I possibly can to get your refund moving as quickly as possible. We are currently operating with a very small team, and we are manually processing every single request to ensure they are handled correctly. This hands-on approach is taking more time than we’d like, but it is to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

    I am personally pushing this through with our finance team and will reach back out to you the moment I have a realistic timeframe or a confirmation receipt in hand.

    I understand that your team is small, but I was eagerly anticipating a night out in San Francisco to experience something new. Unfortunately, my plans were canceled, and I’m left watching people in Dallas enjoy something I was eagerly waiting for, while I’m stuck waiting for a refund for something I was looking forward to. I even took time off from work just for it to be canceled.
