    Hello,

    I am writing on behalf of Eva Haidary regarding a dinner reservation for October 17, 2025, which was purchased on September 4, 2025. On October 15, two days before the reservation, we received a notification from your Los Angeles location stating that shows were paused and our reservation was cancelled.

    This cancellation caused significant disappointment and financial loss, as we had already traveled from the Bay Area and booked a hotel specifically for this birthday celebration. Since then, our attempts to resolve this have been met with total silence. Eva has made numerous calls to 978-648-2225, only to find the line eventually disconnected. Furthermore, emails and Instagram inquiries have gone unanswered for five months.

    It is unacceptable to retain a payment of $409.98 without providing the service or any follow-up communication. At this stage, we request that you immediately provide one of the following resolutions:

    1. A rescheduled reservation at the Los Angeles location.
    2. A rescheduled reservation at the San Francisco location.
    3. A full refund of the total amount paid.

    I am once again reaching out as I have yet to receive a response to my previous emails.

    The lack of communication regarding this matter is highly unprofessional and represents a level of customer service I have never previously experienced. If I do not receive an update and a resolution soon, I will be forced to visit your Los Angeles location in person to resolve this issue.

    Please advise on the status of my request immediately.

    After discussing this with Eva, we have decided not to move forward with a rescheduled reservation. Given the initial cancellation and the subsequent lack of communication, we no longer feel the experience will meet our expectations.

    At this time, we request a full refund of the $409.98 to the original payment method.
