URGENT Refund for 4 tickets Follow-up
Hello,
I am following up regarding my refund request for Order 2ZVM-M55H-MB5 (ticket number listed below), originally submitted on March 11, 2026.
While I did receive a response on March 13 confirming that a full refund would be issued, I have not received any confirmation that the refund has been processed. Given that this event was rescheduled multiple times and that I have already experienced communication delays, I am disappointed that there has been no follow-through on the refund. Furthermore, the acknowledgment by a Fork n’Film employee (Esperanza) that a full refund would be issued is now over a month old and remains unfulfilled, which is unacceptable and requires immediate resolution.
Please confirm the refund has been initiated, including the processing date and a transaction or reference number.
If the refund has not yet been processed, I expect it to be completed within 48 hours. If I do not receive confirmation within that time frame, I will proceed to dispute the charge with my credit card issuer.
Please respond as soon as possible.
