One week prior to show time, I received an email that my reservation was cancelled and they offered to move my reservation to another date. I found another date that was showing Ratatouille and requested to be switch over to Jan 11, 2026 showing. New tickets were received. Then again 1 week prior to the date, I received an email that the showing was cancelled. This time I requested a refund. Since then I've been checking in at least once a month and have yet to receive my refund. They simply say they are looking through everything carefully before processing my refund. But given it's now mid-April, this is making me wonder if they are running a ponzi scam of sorts.
Thanks,
