Reschedule Issues

Good Morning,

We had tickets reserved for Saturday April 18th and the show was rescheduled.  Ive tried multiple times to find a showing that is in May as the reschedule requests but i cant find a single film with showings in may? 

Can you please list any available choices with 2 seats that we could reschedule to?  

we would hate to go the refund route we were really looking forward to it please let me know how to proceed.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble rescheduling. At this time, if you are still interested in rescheduling, we have the following events available:

• Beauty and the Beast - 8/15 at 1:30pm
• Ratatouille - 9/5 at 1:30pm
• Coco - 9/12 at 1:30pm
• Coco - 9/19 at 1:30pm
• Hocus Pocus - 9/26 at 6:30pm

We also have more dates starting in October. Please let me know if you are interested in any of these events. We can also accommodate a refund if you prefer that instead.
