    Los Angeles location?

    Hello

I am following up on this.
Please acknowledge this email has been received.

I have gone now several times and would like to continue going to your events.

This past event that I had purchased tickets for however did not happen?
I've checked my emails and did not receive any noticed of cancelation or postponed dates.

I went to the downtown LA address I've previously visited.  The hotel informed me you're no longer there.
I tried finding a phone number. Email address. Nothing to get a quick answer.
Googled and found a possible new address. I rushed across town to it. Nothing. Checked with a bar/restaurant and they confirmed you've moved there but had not opened recently.

I'm not asking for my money back.
I just want to attend the show I paid for. Its something my wife and I look forward to. We've scheduled a date night. Arrange babysitting n everything to get out and unfortunately this was upsetting.

Please let me know if the events are still happening? The new address? I'd much appreciate it.

    Thank you.

Resending to the LA email address.

Hello. I purchased tickets for April 10th
Back at the end of January

I went to LA location from past visits. Was informed by the hotel you're no longer there.
Found another address for you in yelp. We rushed across town to Culver city/  Santa Monica.  The neighbors confirmed you moved there but however was not open tonight.

I tried checking emails. Don't see any mention of the move or cancelations.  Unfortunately, this ruined the night.

Also Unable to find a phone number to get any info quickly.

Please advise what happened? Is there a new date?

    Thanks

    Hello
Can you please resend the email for me to choose a new show date or refund my $ now at this point.
Is there a better form of contact? A phone number or better email?
    Thanks

I tried looking again and don't see anything in the junk folder.
Can you please resend me the email?
Was it titled anything specific or from a certain email I can hopefully find it easier by.

    Hi Jason,

I am sorry for the delay in responding.

We sent an email regarding this event and the next steps for your tickets. Could you please check your spam folder to see if it landed there? If you cannot find it, let me know and I will resend it immediately so you can reschedule your visit.

    Best regards,

    Alex

    Thanks
    Jason McKean
