Due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we are unable to deliver the Fork n’ Film experience at the level of quality our guests deserve this weekend. Rather than compromise the experience, we made the difficult decision to postpone these shows.   We know many of you have been looking forward to this night and we genuinely hate having to disrupt those plans. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.   To make this right, we’re inviting you to reschedule your tickets to any show starting in May. The Ratatouille screenings tend to fill up quickly. We may release more dates for that film soon if you would like to wait. Alternatively, we can get you into another film of your choice.

Hi Alex,

That’s very disappointing. It seems a tad unfair that the showing I chose for this weekend to celebrate my anniversary gets cancelled and then I have to wait for months to reschedule? Why would the email say I can choose any show in May and beyond if they were already booked? The only other film would be Lilo and Stitch but the dates don’t work with my schedule. 

Any other solutions would be appreciated.
