What are the available shows? Ratatouille? Shrek?

    Hi LeAnn,

I completely understand taking some time away - I am so sorry for the frustration this has caused, and I truly appreciate you reaching back out.

We were waiting for your confirmation to ensure you preferred the refund over rescheduling. We can most definitely process that for you; we just wanted to get the green light from you first to make sure it was exactly what you wanted.

However, if you are still interested in rescheduling instead, I am more than happy to send over our current availability and help you find a new date that works!

Just let me know which direction you’d like to go, and I will handle it immediately.

    Hi LeAnn,

I understand that a poor experience like this makes it hard to feel enthusiastic about the brand right now.

I want to assure you that we absolutely agree with your point - we did specifically hold a block of spots open for guests from your cancelled show to ensure everyone had a chance to reschedule. However, because those shows are in such high demand, those held quantities were unfortunately very limited and filled up much faster than we anticipated.

Since the available dates don't work for you and you aren’t interested in our other features, I want to make things as simple as possible. Would you prefer that I skip the VIP rescheduling options and just process a full refund for you at this point?

I want to make sure you get exactly what you need, whether that is a seat at a future show or your money back in your account. Please let me know how you’d like to proceed, and I will make it happen.

If you reschedule to another event, I can assure you it will be at no additional charge. There are two ways we can do this:
    1. You can choose any available event, and we will manually add you to the guest list as "Free" tickets OR
    2. We can provide you with a 100% credit worth the value of 5 tickets, which can be used to rebook for free on your own

Can I ask what the unforeseen circumstances are? We have been waiting since since early January to come and to see a show. We had a fantastic experience at the Fork and Film in Las Vegas last year for my daughter's 21st birthday. I really appreciate the customer service I have received from Fork and film because you helped me when I messed up and didn't order enough tickets. Thais was supposed to be a Christmas/Birthday now we will have to wait until April or May. What are you offering your customers for their understanding about not being able to have the show when you were supposed to have it? Are you letting us pick a new date and fully refunding us or partially refunding us? Ratatouille but that won't be until May 16. My daughter said Cloudy with a Chane might be fun. I also want to go to a Shrek one. But paying for them might be a little rough. How can Fork and Film help us out?

    Dear Alex,
Can I ask what the unforeseen circumstances are?

I completely understand your confusion, and I am happy to clarify. When an event is cancelled, you can either be rescheduled to another event (by us or with a credit) or we can process a full refund. However, we cannot do both.

If you reschedule to another event, I can assure you it will be at no additional charge. There are two ways we can do this:
    1. You can choose any available event, and we will manually add you to the guest list as "Free" tickets OR
    2. We can provide you with a 100% credit worth the value of 5 tickets, which can be used to rebook for free on your own
Please let me know if you are interested in either of these options or if you would prefer a full refund. I am happy to explain in greater details if necessary. I look forward to hearing from you!

However, because those shows are in such high demand, those held quantities were unfortunately very limited and filled up much faster than we anticipated.

If you reschedule to another event, I can assure you it will be at no additional charge. There are two ways we can do this:
    1. You can choose any available event, and we will manually add you to the guest list as "Free" tickets OR
    2. We can provide you with a 100% credit worth the value of 5 tickets, which can be used to rebook for free on your own
Please let me know if you are interested in either of these options or if you would prefer a full refund. I am happy to explain in greater details if necessary. I look forward to hearing from you!

    Warm regards,
    Sierra

Hi Sierra, I am still kind of confused. I bought five tickets to go see ratatouille which was canceled. Since it was canceled was I automatically refunded the money I spent? So if I rebook another event, you won’t charge me for it? So I get refunded For ratatouille and I get to go to another show with my family members for free?

    Hello LeAnn,

We completely understand your concerns and appreciate you sharing them with us. At this time, we aren't able to share the details on why this event was cancelled, but please know that the decision was not made lightly.

I can assure you that since the cancellation was on our end, we will rebook your tickets at no additional cost. We are also happy to provide a credit or refund; however, we are not able to offer a reschedule and a refund/credit. Please let me know which of these options works best for your group, and I will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

I look forward to hearing from you!

    Warm regards,
    Sierra

    Dear Alex,
Can I ask what the unforeseen circumstances are?

    Dear LeAnn,

We are planning to show Shrek in March; however, those dates are currently fully booked.

Most of the other shows currently listed on our schedule are still available for rescheduling. Please let us know if there is another upcoming showtime that works for you, and we will be happy to assist with your reservation.

    Best regards,

    Alex

    Dear LeAnn,

My apologies, but this event has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We would be happy to reschedule you for another date.

Please let us know which upcoming showtime works best for you, and we will assist with moving your reservation. We have also noted your dietary restriction regarding walnuts and pecans for your future booking.

    Best regards,

    Hi,
Am I missing something? Today is a week and I don't see the location. It still says TBA.
FYI, I am also allergic to the acid in walnuts and pecans. The actual nut has to be in the dish.
