As admirers of Alice in Wonderland, we were eager to attend Fork & Film on April 18th and invested over $400 for a dinner for two. However, upon arrival at the venue, our anticipation was diminished. The event was held at X-GOLF, where the volume was exceptionally high. During the entire film, it was challenging to hear due to the loud background music. Except for the lobster bisque, the food was generally unimpressive. The meatballs seemed stale and were served cold, while the risotto was poorly prepared. The “eat me” cookies were terrible and tasted like they came from a store. Overall, it was a very disappointing culinary experience. The staff repeatedly apologized for the loud environment caused by nearby birthday parties and numerous speakers. Although Alice's focus on teatime, our tea arrived extremely late, and the dessert seemed tacky and underbaked. We are requesting a partial refund. While we did not expect a Michelin-starred meal, we also did not anticipate a fast-food experience; this was extremely disappointing.

Sending multiple messages via email, this portal, IG and is getting ridiculous for not hearing back, someone needs to respond ASAP and confirm next Sundays showing or I will be disputing the transactions and have a very disappointed experience for a special celebration. This is already leaving a bad taste with the amount of shady website error messages and proper no customer support.

I’m reaching out regarding a previous booking we had for The Princess and the Frog in February, which was unfortunately canceled. At that time, we were advised to rebook for a different showing. Since there were no available screenings of The Princess and the Frog when we rebooked, we selected Coco and are currently scheduled to attend on Sunday, May 3rd. However, we’ve since seen that The Princess and the Frog is now being offered again, and we would love to switch our reservation. Would it be possible to move our booking from Coco on May 3rd to The Princess and the Frog on Sunday, June 14th?
