    Hello. I have emailed multiple times and I have not received a response. I am not able to access the link and when I did most of the dates were sold out and unavailable and this was directly after you sent this email. 

    I would love to keep my tickets but can I please have some assistance?

    However, I tested my code in the field on the main page that says test your code. It doesn't work there either and that's not attached to a specific show. I believe I included a screenshot on a previous email.

    Hi Alex,

    I was really excited about being about to take my kids to this event. I feel like I have been really patient and have emailed MULTIPLE times. However, this is totally unacceptable and really leaving a bad taste in my mouth about this organization. I work in production so I understand that things are hectic but how hard is it really to help get my tickets rescheduled. It was an issue on your side and I’ve paid for my tickets. 

    I waited so long to be able to get tickets and it was EXTREMELY disappointing to have our date rescheduled. Now I can’t even reschedule for tickets I’ve paid for. I’ve been trying not to ask for a refund but it seems you have left me no other option. 

    Again I’m terribly disappointed and frustrated. If you can squeeze a minute out of your day to respond I would greatly appreciate it.

Since it’s stated that rescheduling would be faster than requesting a refund, and I have been unsuccessful in having a full conversation with anyone from this team or receiving any valid assistance, I’ll have to dispute this charge and make sure to leave you guys the review you deserve.
