Request for Refund and Concerns Regarding Repeated Event Cancellations

    Dear Fork n Film Team,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration following what is now the fifth cancellation in a row, across both originally scheduled and rescheduled events, spanning December of last year to present day.

I want to acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can and do happen, and I extend grace for the very real human experiences that can impact planning and operations. However, the repeated use of “unforeseen” explanations, in light of this consistent pattern of cancellation, is unprofessional and frankly, feels quite disingenuous.

Despite my growing concerns, I made the decision to give the experience another chance and attempted to reschedule once again...only to spend additional time doing so and discovering that all San Francisco showings were already sold out. At this point, the continued inconvenience, compounded by the time and expense involved, has become unacceptable.

As such, I am requesting a full refund for my four tickets to the Coco event. Additionally, I would appreciate clear and honest communication regarding whether the June 13th showing of The Princess and the Frog is realistically expected to take place. Given my recent experiences, I have very little confidence.

I say this as a loyal, repeat customer who has genuinely valued the unique and memorable experiences Fork n Film has provided in the past. It is my sincere hope that you all will return to that in the near future.

In the meantime, I strongly encourage your team to consider a meaningful customer service gesture to help repair the trust that has been impacted. Thoughtful efforts to acknowledge and make amends for these repeated disruptions would go a long way.

I look forward to your prompt response.

    Sincerely,
    Patrice Reed-Fort
