Rescheduling Request for Canceled April 26 Show

    Dear Fork n' film team,
I was originally booked for the show on April 26, which was canceled as communicated via your email. Following your advice to reschedule, I used the provided link. However, the rescheduling platform only shows availability from November onward.
Yet, when checking general ticket purchase availability, I can see the May 30 session (6:30–10:30 p.m.) is still open for purchase. Could you assist me in manually rescheduling my ticket to that May 30 session? This would align with your recommendation to reschedule instead of requesting a refund.
    Thank you for your assistance.
    Best regards,
    Lhonild Fortuna

Re: Rescheduling Request for Canceled April 26 Show

    Hi Lhonild,

Thank you so much for reaching out.

To honor your original reservation, rebooking would need to be completed through the reschedule link we provided, as that is where eligible showtimes are available. We completely understand how this may feel frustrating, and we're very sorry for the inconvenience.

While availability is limited to those showtimes, we're always happy to help answer any questions or guide you through the process. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

    Warm regards,

    Alex

Re: Rescheduling Request for Canceled April 26 Show

    Dear Fork n’ Film Team,

I’m writing to formally request a refund for the ticket I purchased to your event. As you previously canceled the original date, I have been trying for several months to reschedule to a new event, but there has been no suitable availability.

Given that I haven’t been able to attend or rebook, I would appreciate a full refund of the amount paid. Please let me know what steps I need to take to process this as soon as possible.

Thank you, and I look forward to your prompt response.

    Best regards,

    Lhonild Fortuna
