Refund Request
Hello Fork n' Film Team,
I am contacting you again regarding the multiple events for which I purchased tickets that have since been cancelled or postponed. The only events not yet cancelled are "Lilo and Stitch" and "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs," but given the ongoing pattern, I have no confidence these will take place either.
I have already requested refunds, and it has now been months with no movement, no updates, and no resolution. This is unacceptable and only further reinforces the growing concern that this operation is not being run in good faith.
Below is the full price breakdown for the cancelled/postponed events:
Beauty and the Beast – January 16, 2026: $102.49
Princess and the Frog – February 21, 2026: $51.25
Shrek – March 14, 2026: $102.49 x2 =$204.98
The Little Mermaid – April 4, 2026: (rescheduled from Beauty and the Beast)
Coco – May 1, 2026: $102.49
Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs – May 8, 2026: $51.24 x 3 tickets = $153.72
Total paid for these events: $614.93
Given the repeated cancellations and the lack of response to previous refund requests, I am demanding a full refund of $614.93. You have until this Friday (May 1, 2026) to issue the refund and provide a receipt or proof of refund. If this is not resolved by then, I will dispute the charges with my bank, contact the Better Business Bureau, and share my experience across blogs and social media platforms to warn others.
I expect timely confirmation.
