    Refund request

    Hello,

    I’m writing this to request a refund for the two shows that were cancelled at the Scottsdale location. I purchased a ticket for a show on April 12 and May 3. It seems that there are issues at the moment at the Scottsdale location and I don’t want to chance another cancellation.

    Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for the delayed response. We are truly sorry for the cancellation of your events, and are more than happy to provide a refund.

    Our records show that a chargeback was initiated for the April 12th showing. Because of this we are unable to process a refund, but we will not dispute your chargeback. As for the May 3rd tickets, this order has been flagged for a full refund of $102.49. Refunds are processed in the order that we receive the request. As soon as your refund is processed, we will provide an update.
