Valentine’s Day cancellation

Hi! I had purchased tickets to the Valentine’s Day showing of lady and the tramp in Scottsdale and it was cancelled. I was offered a reschedule for another movie in May. However now my childcare will not be available on that day. Is it possible to switch to another day/movie?
