I received the email below but when trying to reschedule my tickets it says my code is invalid. I entered my name “MADELYNRODRIGUEZ” and the email used to book “maddierodriguez03@yahoo.com”. I would appreciate any assistance with the matter so that I can book the show I am wanting before it fills.

Due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we are unable to deliver the Fork n’ Film experience at the level of quality our guests deserve this weekend. Rather than compromise the experience, we made the difficult decision to postpone these shows.   We know many of you have been looking forward to this night and we genuinely hate having to disrupt those plans. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.   To make this right, we’re inviting you to reschedule your tickets to any show starting in May. I would like to request a full refund for my tickets. The rescheduling site no longer shows any valid dates and my code was never fixed or a new code provided. The lack of communication had made it difficult to work out a solution.
