    Please acknowledge regarding canceled event

    Dear Fork n’ Film Team,

I’ve sent multiple emails and still haven’t received any kind of acknowledgement. Please respond.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience regarding your Princess and the Frog event.

I originally purchased tickets in December 2025 for the February showing, which was canceled. I then was rescheduled for April 11th, only to discover—while preparing for the evening and trying to confirm the event location—that the showing had been postponed yet again. This lack of proactive communication and repeated disruption has been incredibly frustrating.

The next available date for this event is now November 2026. That means I am being asked to wait nearly a full year from my original purchase date to attend an experience I have already been anticipating for over four months. This is not a reasonable expectation for any customer.

While I appreciate the gesture outlined in your message—rescheduling to any show starting in May, along with a complimentary cocktail, preferred seating, and a discount code—I do not feel that this adequately resolves the situation. As it stands, my options are to either give up the specific event I have been waiting months for or continue waiting nearly a year. Neither option feels fair.

To make this right, I believe a more appropriate resolution would be to allow me to attend an alternative show of my choice in the meantime in addition to retaining my tickets for the Princess and the Frog showing when it is finally rescheduled. This would better reflect the level of inconvenience caused by multiple postponements and the extended delay.

I was genuinely looking forward to this experience, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I hope you will reconsider your current offer and provide a solution that more fairly compensates for the time, inconvenience, and disrupted plans.

I look forward to your response.

    Sincerely,

    Rachel Ensinger

The link you provided for rescheduling is showing the June 2026 Princess and the frog events as “Sold Out” however, there are technically still tickets available on the main website. The next available date for this event on the link you provided, is November 2026. That means I am being asked to wait nearly a full year from my original purchase date to attend an experience I have already been anticipating for over four months. This is around my 5th attempt to contact you with no response. Please acknowledge.
The link sent doesn’t even work anymore for me to reschedule. I need an alternative or a refund at this point. I would like to be added to one of the Princess and the Frog events in June.
