Hello trying to get refund

Hello My daughter bought tickets for her and her best friend to see the movie, Princess and the frog, but then was notified that it was postponed. She tried several times to get tickets for a later date, but all have already been sold out. She's emailed several times with no one responding. She spend a lot of her money. We are asking to please refund her back.
