    My name is Halle I’m the wish assist manager at Make-A-Wish Metro NY. I manage all the wishes coming into NYC. I had purchased tickets below for one of our wish families and they forwarded me this email that the film has been postponed. Can you please provide more information? Are they able to go on 6/21 at either time instead? Online it still lets me purchase tickets for 6/19 at 6:30PM?

    We know many of you have been looking forward to this night and we genuinely hate having to disrupt those plans. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.

     

    To make this right, we’re inviting you to reschedule your tickets to any show starting in May. When you join us we’ll also include:

     

    • A complimentary welcome cocktail when you arrive

    Hi!

     

    We’ve been trying to reach out about getting a refund or reschedule a reservation that we have planned for a wish family on June 19th in New York City after it was canceled. Would you be able to point us in the right direction to help adjust this experience? With it being less than a month away, we just want to make sure we have it confirmed for the right date! Due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we are unable to deliver the Fork n’ Film experience at the level of quality our guests deserve this weekend. Rather than compromise the experience, we made the difficult decision to postpone these shows.

     

    We know many of you have been looking forward to this night and we genuinely hate having to disrupt those plans. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.

     

    To make this right, we’re inviting you to reschedule your tickets to any show starting in May. When you join us we’ll also include:

     

    • A complimentary welcome cocktail when you arrive
    • Preferred seating
    • A 10% discount code for a future Fork n’ Film experience (Code: POSTPONEDNYC10)

    • Your discount code = the full name used when purchasing your tickets (ex - JOHNSMITH or JOHNROBERTSMITH)
    • Your code will apply to the exact number of tickets under your original reservation.

     

    Important Tips

    • The code works one time only
    • Check your original receipt to confirm which name was used at purchase
    • If you purchased 5 or more tickets, you will have two codes (ex - JOHNSMITH and JOHNSMITH1)
