Ticket Credit
Hello,My name is Leslie Castillo. My friend, Kleeshay Brunson, and I had bought tickets to a screening for Princess and the Frog: NYC on 2/22/26 at 6:30pm.Unfortunately, we were unable to attend due to the blizzard that occurred on that date. When I reached out via email, I never received a response on whether the event was still occurring. We live in NJ and we’re unable to travel via our planned method of NJ Transit.I reached out on social media and was told that we could receive a coupon credit valued at the cost of our original tickets so that we would rebook at a future date.Our ticket numbers are below:Leslie Castillo2ZMG-8V4S-C511P
