    Hello
    
    I cannot make the new scheduled time that you provided. I would like to
    Have my money back. I have tried to reach out to this company many times and do not get a response back. This company never sent me the tickets I bought and then I found out that there are many bad reviews about it. You never sent me the venue name either. This is clearly a scam to take hard working people’s money. I will be filing a police report if I do not get my money back or a response. I spent over $600 that is a lot of money for a grandmother. Not nice to take advantage of people..

    Could you please confirm if the email address associated with your tickets matches the one shown in the image below?

    Our records show that two emails were sent following your purchase on March 26th: a formal invoice and a separate email containing your three tickets. It is quite common for a minor typo in an email address to prevent these from arriving, or for them to be redirected to a spam folder.

    We value your support and certainly want to resolve this for you immediately. I have already initiated the refund process for your order. I will follow up with you shortly to provide a refund receipt for your records.
