Hello I cannot make the new scheduled time that you provided. I would like to Have my money back. I have tried to reach out to this company many times and do not get a response back. This company never sent me the tickets I bought and then I found out that there are many bad reviews about it. You never sent me the venue name either. This is clearly a scam to take hard working people’s money. I will be filing a police report if I do not get my money back or a response. I spent over $600 that is a lot of money for a grandmother. Our records show that two emails were sent following your purchase on March 26th: a formal invoice and a separate email containing your three tickets. It is quite common for a minor typo in an email address to prevent these from arriving, or for them to be redirected to a spam folder.
We value your support and certainly want to resolve this for you immediately. I have already initiated the refund process for your order. I will follow up with you shortly to provide a refund receipt for your records.
