I received an email regarding the postponement of the show on May 8 in Detroit. I tried to click the reschedule link given but it just takes me to the regular home page, so i did try to put the code (which was supposed to be the name in the receipt) in the promo code section after i tried to buy tickets for the other date of the show, but it continued to say invalid code.
I’m really hoping to reschedule on june 13 for the show “cloudy with a chance of meatballs” and still get the promised:

complimentary welcome cocktail when you arrive
And Preferred seating

My order no. Was 2ZZT-T5DR-X28

The ticket is under my husband’s name which is Caesar Bucalos.
