    Reschedule tickets from 5/9/26 Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs

    Good morning,

    I purchased two tickets for the Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs for 5/9/26, but the event was postponed. 

    I tried following the email directions to pick another date, however when I typed in my name for the promo code space, it did not work. 

    I used "ALLISONMCGREGOR" which was the name on the reservation, but it did not work. 

    I would like my tickets rescheduled to: 

    Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs

    Detroit · Sat, Jun 13 AT 6:30 PM

    If I do not receive a response by the end of the week, I will have to submit a claim with my credit card company to dispute the charge. Both myself and the person going with me ( Meghan Moseley) have emailed and tried contacting the hotel on multiple occasions. 

    I’m extremely upset with the lack of response especially considering we were told to email this exact email for a refund. The non existent customer service is horrible.
