    Refund — 2 shows, 4 tickets

    Good morning,

The private reschedule link (https://www.forknfilm.com/reschedules) does not work. I manually entered forknfilm.com/reschedules, which did work... but seeing as all the Bay Area shows listed this year are "Sold Out" online, we no longer have any desire to reschedule to another showing.

I'd like a refund for the following shows, please:

    5/2/26 @ 1:30pm Coco: San Francisco
    5/16/26 @ 6:30pm Ratatouille: San Francisco

I can't say I'm not disappointed. My partner and I celebrated our anniversary with you during a December showing of Ratatouille last year, and we've been advertising Fork 'n' Film to friends and family since.

The cancelled Coco showing was to celebrate my partner's birthday. The Ratatouille showing was a gift for my brother and his partner's birthdays, while they're both in town for a week.

Though noted in your email that the "Location will be sent 1 week prior to event," neither my brother nor I received such updates. I also noticed that Coco is no longer listed for the San Francisco showings, which is concerning.

Thank you for the experience last year. Please let me know when these refunds will be processed, especially since I'd still like to do something nice for my brother and his partner this weekend.

    Re: Refund — 2 shows, 4 tickets

    Hi Jared,

Thank you so much for reaching out, and please accept my sincerest apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

I am so incredibly sorry for how this situation played out, especially since you have been such a wonderful supporter of Fork n Film after celebrating your anniversary with us last December. It truly breaks my heart to hear that these cancellations disrupted your partner’s birthday celebration and the special gift you planned for your brother and his partner while they are in town. You all deserved a seamless, magical experience, and I am so sorry we let you down with both the schedule changes and the lack of communication regarding the location updates.

I completely understand why you no longer wish to reschedule given that the upcoming dates are sold out. I am going to get right on processing a full refund for both your May 2 Coco booking and your May 16 Ratatouille booking in San Francisco. I am looking into your account right now to push these through as quickly as possible so you can hopefully still do something special for your brother and his partner while they are visiting.

Thank you so much for your grace, patience, and understanding with us despite the disappointment, and I will follow up with you directly as soon as the refunds are completely processed.

    Warm regards,
    Sam
