    Dear Fork n’ Film,

    I am writing to formally demand a refund for two tickets I purchased for the showing of The Princess and the Frog, which was canceled by your organization on two occasions.

    Despite multiple requests (see attached), I have not received the refund owed to me. This delay is unacceptable. As the cancellations were initiated by your organization, I am entitled to a full refund of the purchase amounts of both tickets.

    Please process my refund immediately. If I do not receive confirmation and a refund within 10 business days, I will pursue further action and file a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer protection agencies.

    I expect your prompt attention to this matter.
