Honoring Upcoming Event
Dear Fork n' Film Team,I am reaching out regarding the news of the show cancellation for May 15th. I am disheartened, given that one of the tickets I purchased was a long-awaited gift. Though, I appreciate the communication and the reassurance that refunds are being actively processed.I also acknowledge the operational changes you mentioned in the cancellation email. I hope these changes will lead to a quick and smooth conclusion. That being said, I hope we can still attend one of your future events. In doing so, I ask that you honor the discounted rate at which I purchased my tickets for a future Ratatouille showing. However, if you do not think operations will continue in Arizona, I would like this request to be applicable at another location.I am eager to find a solution with you as well as support your company. We have been following Fork n' Film for quite a long time and look forward to eventually making it to a show. For reference, my order number is 3033-RN9J-HKV.Thank you for your time and consideration,Ayejah Rivera(480)-432-3223 - ayejahrivera@gmail.comto "arizona@forknfilm.com" <arizona@forknfilm.com>Inbound6/29/2026, 7:30:30 PM
Re: Honoring Upcoming Event
Hello Fork n’ Film Team,I am following up to hopefully receive a response. Not only have I not been refunded for your canceled event in May as promised in your email, but there has been zero communication, I have reached out to two separate emails associated with your company, your Instagram and website form.I do not want this email to come off as aggressive, however I am just seeking some sort of follow-up as it has been well over a month since my initial email. I understand that there may not be a solution or answer right way to my concerns but I am hoping to connect to an employee of your company to confirm that your business is trustworthy and something I still am able to support.Thank you for your time,Ayejah Rivera(480)-432-3223On Mon, May 11, 2026 at 14:34 Ayejah Rivera <ayejahrivera@gmail.com> wrote:Dear Fork n' Film Team,I am reaching out regarding the news of the show cancellation for May 15th.
