Location for event

Hello, I purchased tickets to Ratatouille on May 16th at 1:30pm, but have not received the location yet. I tried to view my invoice from my purchase in March, but it took me to the following page. My invoice # is 0020848. I’d like to confirm that my tickets are still valid, and that I will receive the location for this event.
