    Show Cancellation

    Hello, 
    
    I have emailed multiple times regarding our upcoming show and just got a text message that it has been cancelled. 
    
    This is for the Friday May 15th Ratatouille show.  Has it been rescheduled? I also never got a confirmation email. Could my email address be incorrect in your system?  I purchased 2 tickets in February.

    Thank you so much for reaching out, and please accept my sincerest apologies for the confusion and any stress this has caused you.

    I can confirm that the Ratatouille show on Friday, May 15th, has indeed been cancelled. I’m so sorry for the late notice, but I’m very glad we had your phone number on file to reach you via text! It looks like the reason you haven't been receiving our emails is that we have your address listed as lizzy.mesker@comcast.net in our system, rather than the @gmail.com address you are using now.

    We are going ahead and processing a full refund for your two tickets right away. I will personally follow up with you the very moment the processing is complete to ensure you have your receipt.

    Thank you again for your patience and for being so understanding while we get this sorted for you.

    We would still like to go to a Ratatouille show and we're very excited about the May promo you guys ran. We purchased these tickets back in February...
