Refund for canceled show
Hello, my name is Olivia Cazares. I am writing to follow up on a refund that I have still not received for the canceled Ratatouille show from March 18th.
It is very frustrating that I have not received the funds or any updates regarding the status of the refund process, especially as it is now May 12th. Please look into this matter and get back to me as soon as possible with an update on when I can expect to receive the refund.
