Re: Fork n' Film: Event Canceled

We bought our tickets in February, and now every event in the foreseeable future is sold out, will we be able to get an opportunity to go anytime in the future? We planned to travel 3+ hours and took days off work. Please let me know how we can get the opportunity to go on another date. Also, if you have a time estimate on the refunds, I’d love to know considering how expensive the tickets are and how last minute (3 days before) it is being canceled. Thank you

Re: Fork n' Film: Event Canceled

    Hi Sierra,

Thank you for reaching out, and please accept our deepest apologies for the stress this cancellation has caused. We truly understand the effort that went into planning your trip - from traveling three-plus hours to taking time off work - and we are so incredibly sorry to let you down on such short notice.

Because our upcoming events are currently sold out and rescheduling is unfortunately unavailable at this time, we are going ahead and processing a full refund for your tickets right away. We want to make sure your funds are returned to you as quickly as possible given the circumstances.

I will personally follow up with you as soon as I have the refund receipt in hand. We value the support you’ve shown us since February, and we hope to have the chance to provide you with the experience you deserve sometime in the future.

    Warm regards,
    Sam

    Event Canceled

    Dear Fork n' Film Guests,

We regret to inform you that the Fork n’ Film shows scheduled for May 15 & May 16 have been canceled.

We want to be honest and transparent: the company is currently undergoing major operational changes, and at this time we are not in a position to execute this event successfully.

All customers are owed a full refund. Because of the current volume of outstanding refunds and internal restructuring, refunds will take time to process. We understand this is frustrating, and we are actively working through each reservation as quickly as possible. Refund confirmations will be sent in the order reservations are processed.

We sincerely apologize and appreciate your patience as we work through this challenging period.
