Good afternoon,Thank you for letting me know about the cancellation of the event. My husband and I are saddened to hear about this but look forward to looking into future dates. I do have a question regarding my refund. I have my debit card linked to my PayPal account which is what I used to pay for the tickets for easier check out. I once had an experience where I was refunded for a different event and since I paid through PayPal, it displayed as refunded but I never received it and it became a big issue in which did not get resolved. Would it be possible to provide the information to your team for the refund instead of utilizing the PayPal account? Please let me know how we can proceed from here as I do not want to run into any issues - I did pay quite an amount for these tickets and would not want to be at a loss. To make things easier, would you happen to have Zelle or Venmo? We can use either of those channels to send your refund directly to you. If neither of those works for you, we can certainly proceed with an ACH wire transfer instead.
