    My reservation is for THIS SUNDAY. You cancelled the showtime and consolidated it to the 1:00 p.m. show which we cannot attend.
    I need my purchase refunded. 

    As per YOUR policy there are no refunds unless the showtime has been cancelled by you....and it has. 

    Please process this refund or I will have to do a chargeback on my credit card and mark it as fraudulent.
