Return needed for 2 tickets ASAP

Hi  I sent an email Monday outlining that I accidentally bought four tickets due to my credit card rejecting the first charge. I’d like to be refunded for the two mistake tickets as a show is this Saturday at 1:30 and there are still tickets available. Please advise ASAP. Thank you.
