Reschedule May 15th code not working

Tis was a birthday dinner for my bestfriedn so I am trying to rechedule this as soon as possible. When I went to the link it didn't ask for a password and when I put in my name for the code, it says it was invalid for the June 13th showings. Am I doing somehting wrong? Would just like to course correct so, I acan get this rescheuled.

I would like to follow up on my inquiry below. I am trying my very best to be understanding but my experience so far has been quite disappointing and this is my first time booking. I purchased these tickets in February for my bestfriends birthday. The event was canceled last minute. I am doing my best to salvage this experience and am just hoping to recieve a response and some kind of direction forward.
