May 15 Ratatouille cancellation
Hello, My name is Brittany Gentle, and I purchased tickets to the Ratatouille show for May 16, 2026 (Saturday) at 1:30 pm. The invoice number for this transaction is 0020859. I recently received an email regarding this weekend that indicated that shows have been canceled. The email provided the option to reschedule online. I have checked all available shows in the near future, and all shows are sold out up to next year. This is a significant inconvenience, as I understand that it is challenging to secure a spot at your events. Consequently, I will miss out on this year’s show despite my efforts to prepare. Instead of allowing individuals to scramble to find an alternative show for the year, your team should have provided available dates and allowed us to select from those options. This oversight has resulted in a loss of opportunity for me. I am requesting a refund for both tickets that I purchased for the total amount of $409.98. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to process the refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Re: May 15 Ratatouille cancellation
Hello Alex,
Due to the unavailability of alternative shows, I was unable to reschedule my event. Despite attempting to utilize the code POSTPONEDLA10, the shows were either marked as sold out or had their online sales terminated until the year 2027. Consequently, I was unable to reschedule my event.
I understand that refunds may take longer than usual to process. However, I would like to move forward with the refund process and would appreciate a timeline on when it should be processed. I requested a refund on May 13, 2027.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
