Hello, I bought these tickets for my girlfriend and I back in september I believe and we already had to reschedule once. This is super unfortunate. it looks like the reschedule date provided is in November? Over a year after I had originally purchased these. I see there are other shoes happening later in May or June for Ratatouille specifically. Are we able to reschedule to one of these events? This is quite disappointing, please let me know what can be done. We have been looking forward to this for months and months only to have it cancelled a second time. We would really prefer to go rather than receiving a refund as this was purchased as a birthday gift for her many months ago.
