Respond to cancelled shows

I need a response. This is out of control. You guys are holding on to my money but have not rebooked me or refunded me. I enjoyed my first show so much that I booked two more to bring other people too. It is so sad that this is how you decided to run a business. To screw people over and steal their money. I will go to my bank. I will show up to any show that it still showing just to speak to someone because you are not keeping my money.
