    Refund and/or fix my code

    Hello!
    I'm writing to you wondering how to continue the process of my postponed event. I purchased tickets to your event to see Ratatouille on Saturday at 6:30pm and I received an email that the event has been postponed. I went onto your website to pick a new date. I tried to purchase tickets to see Lilo and Stitch next Saturday and got an error message that said my code was invalid. I looked back at the email and realized that your email about rescheduling says June. So, I went to purchase a ticket for Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. Again, 'invalid code'.
    Please answer as soon as you can and either process a refund or fix my code.
