We appreciate the communication regarding the postponement.

However, we are disappointed with the current rescheduling process being offered. Since we had already secured confirmed tickets months in advance, it feels unfair that we are now expected to compete for availability at events that were already scheduled and appear to be fully sold out for the remainder of the year.

At the moment, the rescheduling link and code provided are unfortunately not very helpful since there is no actual availability to use them on. We are still very interested in attending. We would appreciate any assistance or clarification you can provide and hope there is a way to resolve this fairly.
