Refund for order #2ZZ2-NS0Q-LKP for event 5/15/26
Hello,
I am writing to formally request a refund for three tickets to the Ratatouille screening scheduled for May 15, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at The Arches in Los Angeles.
I received notification that the event was cancelled; however, I continued to receive automated event reminders, which caused significant confusion. I previously emailed info@forknfilm.com to confirm the cancellation and inquire about rescheduling, but I have not received a response.
As your website currently lists all upcoming Los Angeles dates as sold out with no further dates available, I am unable to rebook my tickets. Given these circumstances and the lack of available alternatives, please process a full refund to my original payment method.
I also suggest improving the coordination of your event communications to ensure that cancellation notices are not contradicted by subsequent automated reminders.
