Hi, as I am sure you are aware this event in Dallas did not go forward. I was told we would get an email, but everyone at the venue seemed confused on next steps.

When can I expect a refund or availability to choose a new date.

This was the first time doing this and it was very disappointing

Important Information Regarding your Reservation!

Parking:
Valet and paid garages are available nearby. Ride-sharing is also a great option!

Check-in:
Doors open 30 minutes before the time stated on your ticket. The movie begins promptly 30 minutes after doors open. For example, if your ticket says 6:30pm, please arrive no later than 6:00pm. Late arrivals after the movie starts will be turned away, and tickets are non-refundable. The ticket purchaser must be present with ID.

Seating:
Seating is pre-assigned at purchase and cannot be changed. If attending with others, please ensure tickets were booked together.

Dietary Restrictions:
Requests must be submitted at least 1 week before your event to info@forknfilm.com

Special Accommodations:
Need a high chair or wheelchair access? Let us know in advance so we can assist.
