    Detroit Cancelled Show 5/16

    Good morning,
    I purchased two tickets for the 1:30pm Ratatouille showing in Detroit for May 16th about a month ago. I purchased this as a gift for my mother and aunt for Mother’s Day. My mother just arrived to the venue, called me, and told me you all canceled the event. I emailed info@forknfilm.com on May 4th to confirm the event was still happening because I no longer saw the date available on the website. No one ever responded. This is completely unacceptable. I never received any type of official notice that the event was cancelled. How do I receive a full refund for your cancellation?
    I also purchased tickets for June 26th. If you all plan on cancelling that too, please issue that refund as well.
