Reschedule

I received an email yesterday about the Ratatouille event for 6pm tonight being postponed and we need to reschedule for a later date. I’ve tried to reschedule using the link that was sent and it says that all the dates are closed and that I can no longer reschedule. Then this morning, I was sent an email reminder for the event still continuing. Would it be possible to send another link to reschedule the event ? If no, I would like to initiate a refund.
