    Reschedule credit

    Hello
I purchased a showing for ratatouille back in March and it was postponed. I was emailed about how to reschedule and given a code which is the name and email that was used when purchased the tickets.
I see the option I have to “check my credit” and only one of my tickets is showing up.

Can you help me figure out why the only one credit is showing up?

    Re: Reschedule credit

    Dear [Recipient Name],

I am very sorry for the technical glitch you experienced while trying to check your credit. I have looked into your account and can confirm that you have two tickets available under your email address. One credit is listed under the name ELIJAHGAINES and the second is under BRITTLIVINGSTON.

Additionally, I noticed a record indicating you may have previously requested a refund. Could you please confirm if you would still like to proceed with the reschedule using these credits, or if you would prefer to continue with the refund process?

    Warm regards,
    Alex

    Re: Reschedule credit

It appears that all the showings are sold out. Is the credit on through the refund link? If so it seems like I won’t be able to use them because everything is booked out all the way until next year

    Re: Reschedule credit

Hello, Can I please get an update on my refund. Last conversation I’ve had with someone was may 18th. I sent an email yesterday requesting to move forward with the refund process. I understand you may be busy and flooded with emails. At someone’s earliest convenience, I would appreciate some type of response back. Thank you
