Good evening,

I tried again to see if I can reschedule, and it’s still not recognizing my “credit”. I’d booked 2 VIP tickets for the Ratatouille showing on 15 May under “Bethany Blanton” and “bethanton1@gmail.com”. I’ve tried multiple iterations of my name in case it would work. Please see screen shot attached. Is it possible for me to see potential rebooking opportunities? If not, would it be possible to get a refund?
