Hi, I am sending this email to get reimbursement for 2 tickets due to a cancelled event at the Cambria Hotel in Detroit.I am also emailing to inform you guys of the inconvenience you have caused me and my partner. We planned a whole get away in Detroit and you guys sent a last minute email to us about the cancellation of the event the day before the event.This not only completely changed all of our plans but caused an immense amount of inconvenience. when we got to the hotel lobby they told us you guys contacted them on May 1st that all events were cancelled for this month.You guys reached out that last minute when you knew it was gonna be postponed for that date already. Now we feel we should not even get tickets for future events due to this terrible experience.I would like 2 full refunds and a 2 free tickets to future events due to this experience.I have attached both tickets for you guys too.
