Hello, i am reaching out in regard to the two tickets i purchased for the fork n film event that was supposed to take place on May 23, 2026 at the San Francisco location. I am aware the event has been cancelled and would like to know how soon I should be expecting my refund considering this was cancelled a week ago and tickets were purchased over a month ago. Look for forward to hearing back as soon as possible. Thank You

We want to be honest and transparent: the company is currently undergoing major operational changes, and at this time we are not in a position to execute this event successfully.

We understand this is frustrating, and we are actively working through each reservation as quickly as possible. Refund confirmations will be sent in the order reservations are processed.

Hello I am reaching out in regards about the Lilo and Stitch showing for tonight. I received multiple emails stating I would get a refund, then another to rebook my show. Today I have received an email confirming the start of the show today with no address given. I’m concerned on which it is if so I would just like to get a refund please and thank you. I sent this email to the info@forknfilm.com on the 23rd and have yet to hear anything back. I have been confused with you guys sending multiple emails with informing me about giving a refund then trying to changes dates to other shows.
