Refund

Two events I paid for in January for ratatouille in San Francisco on March 29th and the cloudy with a chance of meatballs I paid for in February for the April 11th showing in San Francisco were both cancelled and I still don’t have my refund after emailing you guys at least 16 messages with no response as to why it’s taking so long to receive my refund this is sooo unprofessional I need my refund like now asap no excuse
