On 12 January 2026, I recieved an email that they postponed the event and were offering new shows and dates. I replied back to the email, as requested, and selected new dates. The new date was set for 20 February 2026. On 16 February 2026, I once again received an email that the show had to be rescheduled. I opted for a different show and scheduled for an 18 April showing. Finally, on 10 April I recieved yet another notice of postponement. This time I opted for a refund and sent an email on the same day. I have since requested a status update on it on 15 April, 28 April and 7 May, with no reply or response. Nor have I seen the transaction hit my card again.
